The new menu showcases Lancaster Favorites, including the Lancaster County Omelet, a delicious offering with smoked bacon, feta cheese, spinach, mushrooms, and oven-dried tomatoes. At lunch, guests can enjoy the new pulled pork sandwich featuring tender pulled pork in the chef’s signature BBQ sauce served on toasted brioche with a plentiful side of fries. Guests can also try the classic grilled ham and cheese with Lancaster County ham and cheddar, grilled on scrumptious whole wheat, served with tomato bisque. At dinner, Huckleberry’s newest addition is the mouthwatering 12 ounce New York Strip, a beautiful center cut grilled to perfection. Of course, the guests’ favorite, Crab Cakes Dijonnaise remains. These delicious Chesapeake jumbo lump crab cakes are served with the Chef’s legendary Dijonnaise.
